Raffle Ticket & Prize Drawing Info

• One entry per Golden Retriever — regardless of the number of people in your group.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The drawing is completely free but must be part of the Golden Rush.
• Event organizers and staff of Golden Rush Productions LLC are not eligible to win prizes. 
• Winners of on-site prizes must be reachable by phone within 10 minutes of being drawn or the prize will be redrawn.

All prizes are donated and fulfilled directly by individual sponsoring brands — Golden Rush Productions LLC does not purchase or directly provide prizes. It serves as the community organizer facilitating the connection between sponsors and winners.

Any tax reporting obligations related to prize fulfillment rest with the sponsoring brand. Golden Rush Productions LLC assumes no tax reporting responsibility for prizes donated and fulfilled by third-party sponsors. Prize recipients are encouraged to consult a qualified tax advisor.

• Golden Rush Productions LLC, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes in transit or after delivery.
• Prize values are as represented by the sponsoring brand. No cash equivalent or substitution is available.
• Rules are subject to change. 
• Golden Rush Productions LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
• Golden Rush Productions LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason. 
• Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
• By entering, participants waive claims against Golden Rush Productions LLC, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue owners arising from participation in the drawing or use of prizes.

Name, phone number, and location collected on raffle tickets will be used solely for prize drawing and fulfillment purposes, and shared only with the applicable sponsoring brand as necessary to complete prize delivery. We will not sell or distribute your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
